We are not a law firm

My Wreck Case is an advertising and marketing service. We are not a law firm, we are not a lawyer referral service, and we do not provide legal advice. Nothing on the Site is legal advice. Submitting information through the Site does not create an attorney client relationship with us or with any attorney. An attorney client relationship is formed only when you and an attorney both agree to it, usually in a signed agreement.

This Site is attorney advertising. We do not endorse or recommend any particular attorney, and any decision to hire an attorney is yours alone. We do not guarantee that you will be contacted by an attorney, that an attorney will accept your case, or any outcome or recovery. Past results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
